I was very disappointed with the coordination and application of this product. I later found out that I did not need the nuts for this product with my application. I have an insulated door and that door does not use the nuts. I could have used the slightly damaged pins or plastic bolts I had. So I went through the process of finding, buying and attempting to install the replacement hardware without needing the replacements. When I received the replacements there were no instructions as to the various options so I again had to reach out to figure out how to proceed. A lot of time, resources and energy to resolve an issue.
