Mount door frame over opening drill through frame into mortar and screw onto foundation. Use pins on sides of door to remove cover, louver, screen for access or ventilation. Doors can be painted with paint with plastic adherent paint. Louver / Vent is fixed meaning it is always open when cover is removed for ventilation.
